Digestive Health
Starts Here

Real relief doesn't come from one fix.
It comes from looking at the full picture: Nutrition, the Gut Microbiome, Stress Resilience, and Daily habits, working together

"I just feel so inflamed."

Sound familiar? You've tried the supplements. The cleanses. Another GI Doctors Appointment. And you're still googling symptoms at midnight.

That tight grip you're holding onto just might be part of the problem. You're not broken, you're just lost in the noise.

I've lived that roller coaster myself. Let's get you back in the driver's seat.

About Me

My passion for nutrition began long before I decided to turn it into my career. A history of IBS-type symptoms led me down a path of desperation to heal. Specialist after specialist told me nothing was wrong, but something in my gut told me to keep digging. After enough research, finding the right people, and trusting in the process, I began to heal. That path led me to further research and, eventually, education at the Master's level in clinical nutrition. My work connects nutrition science with emotional regulation, the often-forgotten piece of overcoming both digestive and metabolic conditions.

My love of sports and anatomy blended with nutrition set the stage for me to work closely with teenage athletes on their journey toward fueling for performance, overcoming limiting beliefs, and building their competitive edge through mindset and nutritional strategies. Because success at the competitive level goes far beyond that pre-game snack.

Outside of my work as a nutritionist, I'm a certified Pilates teacher and own and operate HomeBody Pilates, a semi-private studio in Scottsdale, AZ. I've always been a mover, and my love for Pilates came from its focus on anatomy, a more intentional trade from group fitness classes.

In my free time, you can catch me playing tennis (for fun), walking my dog, weekending in San Diego, and, of course, trying new cafes for brunch or matcha. I fully own my part in the Pilates-and-matcha movement, though I'd argue Pilates as a therapeutic tool isn't a trend so much as a lifestyle
